Invitation to Dothan Churches for joining Circles of Transformation

Sisters & Brothers In Christ,

It is with a great deal of excitement that I invite you and all others interested in missions to a gathering in which we will share the details of the Circles of Transformation poverty initiative!
Think of Circles in this manner: Circles is to poverty, as antibiotics are to infection. It provides the foundation for education, teamwork, and relationship-building with families living in poverty to, once and for all, break and end the cycle of poverty in their life.

Rev. David Willis and I have been working with Alabama-West Florida Conference staff for many months to get this project to a point where we can begin to initiate action at the local church level. We can truly begin to break the cycle of poverty in the Dothan community, one family at a time. One wonderful part about this effort is that when we are able to get the Circles community active in Dothan, we will continue to work to start Circles projects all over the Conference. This is your invitation to join us in this effort.

On Sunday, February 26th at 6PM, we will gather in the fellowship hall at Highland Park United Methodist Church, 1619 Southpark Avenue in Dothan, and share with you how you and your congregation can help in this unique effort. Please call Highland Park at (334) 792-8870, between the hours of 8AM-5PM, Monday through Thursday, and register your total number attendees.

I cannot convey to you my level of enthusiasm regarding this effort, nor can I express my level of desire to see you and your leadership team at this gathering. In fact, I would consider your presence a personal favor. Please make every effort to attend.

In Christ,

Dan
